As with all bicycles, the electric tricycle may require some adjustment after it has been delivered. This is to make sure no screws, bolts or spokes have been loosened during transportation. Some minor assembly will be required, such as fitting the handlebars and pedals. If you are not confident doing this yourself, we advise seeking a local bike engineer to make sure the bike is set-up perfectly for your needs, plus most good bike shops offer a set-up service, and there are many fantastic local bicycle engineers around the UK.

Electric bicycles are also supplied with a 12 month warranty on the frame, battery and motor, with all smaller parts, such as brakes, gears etc subject to a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase.
